What We Do

The Full Scope, Specified

Instrumentation design, installation, GeoPro deployment, interpretation and long-term support. Every scope is defined with its deliverables and interfaces.

From asset to evidence

A monitoring scope with a clear engineering spine.

Explore how Geolook™ moves from the asset and monitoring objective to issued evidence and long-term ownership.

Where We Work

01

Instrumentation schemes are derived per asset and per failure mode.

Instrumentation schemes are derived per asset and per failure mode. Nothing here is a standard package.

Bridges

Tunnels

Dams

Buildings

Service Lines

02

Six scopes. One clear interface.

Each line can be taken standalone or as part of a turnkey scope. Where a line is taken standalone, the interfaces to adjacent work are defined in writing before award.

Instrumentation design and design basis

Specification, approvals and documentation

Supply, testing and factory acceptance

Installation and commissioning

What You Receive

03

Every stage produces a document you can hold us to.

Monitoring scopes go wrong when the deliverable is a dashboard. This is the register of what is issued, when, and in what form.

Every row is an artefact, not an assurance.

Scope Boundary

04

What we don't do.

Naming the edge of a scope is how interface disputes get avoided. We do not:

Defined interfaces

Documented baseline

Monitoring life support

SERVICE SCOPE

Instrumentation design and design basis

Instrument selection, quantities, locations, redundancy and alert thresholds derived from the structure's behaviour, construction sequence and governing failure modes. Design basis is documented and issued, not assumed.

How We Contract

Four ways to work with us.

01

Turnkey SHM

Full scope from design basis to AMC under one contract, one design intent, one point of accountability.

02

Supply and commission

Instrumentation, data acquisition and commissioning supplied against a defined specification, with baselining and handover.

03

GeoPro on your existing instrumentation

Platform deployment over instruments and loggers you already own. Third-party ingestion, threshold configuration, alarms and reporting, without replacing field hardware.

04

Monitoring operations and AMC

Interpretation, reporting, calibration and maintenance of a system installed by someone else, taken over under a defined condition survey.

Scope Boundary

What we don't do.

Naming the edge of a scope is how interface disputes get avoided. We do not:

  • Carry out structural design, rehabilitation design or strengthening execution. We instrument and interpret, working alongside the designer of record.
  • Issue structural safety certification or statutory clearances.
  • Supply instrumentation we are not prepared to support through its monitoring life.
  • Take over an existing system without a condition survey and a documented baseline.

Where the boundary falls on your project, we define it in writing before award.

Discuss Scope

Tell us the asset and the constraint.

Send the structure type, monitoring objective, construction stage and any specification already issued. We will respond with an indicative instrumentation scheme and scope.
