About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across the stack—designing intuitive frontends, building secure backend APIs, and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and working on real-world products from concept to production.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Build responsive, user-friendly UI using modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind / CSS Modules)
  • Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, authentication, analytics, etc.)
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
  • Debug, test, and optimize existing applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • quivalent practical experience or a strong portfolio is acceptable in place of formal education
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and web fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
